Rural Organic Agricultural Project
The Rural Development Agricultural Project concept was developed by a director of the company, realising the food price increases for decades, combined with reduced incomes, aggravated chronic and acute hunger, hitting vulnerable communities or rural villages this was a proper platform to address this matter, but with a far more than a rural agricultural development project in mind.

With organic agriculture, in particular, productive, healthy crops begin in healthy soil.
In developing this huge project the team must be mindful of the usage of homemade pesticides and manure which conserve the environment, available anywhere and at low cost
Introduction
The unexpected and unprecedented magnitude endured by the COVID 19 pandemic has taken a tremendous toll on rural, peri urban and urban communities of origin across the globe, most notably in our rural Mamphulo Village. This has posed a serious challenges not only to communities of origin, but also to the formal rural and informal sectors of our rural economy that face the daunting challenges of absorbing these large numbers of returnees into the local labour market.

Training and Accreditation Plan
Lack of organic agricultural products information is detrimental to the rural development sector, historical crop rotation, natural composting, approved environmentally friendly pest control and homeopathic remedies to produce organic products that is free of all artificial additives is noun to few therefore proper on-farm accredited leadership courses and mentoring program will assist in the development of the program.
